Shipping policy

Free shipping nationwide
Every order ships free, with no minimum.

Delivery time
Usually 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. Some provincial and island addresses may take a little longer.

Payment
Cash on delivery. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.

Orders of ₱1,000 and up, and all orders to Visayas, Mindanao and Palawan, need a small GCash downpayment before we ship. The amount and our GCash details are in your order confirmation email. The downpayment is non-refundable if the parcel is refused on delivery.

Order confirmation
We will text and call your mobile number to confirm your order. Please keep your phone on so we can ship it right away.

Tracking
We send your tracking number once your parcel ships.
