How to claim
- Take a photo or video of the damaged bottle. An unboxing video is best, but a clear photo is enough.
- Message us within 7 days of delivery with the photo and your order number.
- We approve it and send the replacement. No charge, and no need to return the damaged bottle.

Orders from TikTok Shop or Shopee are covered by those platforms’ own buyer protection instead, so please file the claim there.
The fine print
Claims reported after 7 days, claims without photo or video proof, and claims we cannot match to an order are reviewed individually rather than approved automatically.
This guarantee covers damage in transit. It is not a change-of-mind return, and scent preference is personal, so we cannot replace a bottle simply because the scent was not what you expected.
